Police said there are no curfew restrictions in any part of the valley today. However, restrictions under Section 144 CrPC, prohibiting an assembly of four or more persons, continued as a precautionary measure in the valley on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, normal life remained badly affected in the Kashmir Valley and Muslim majority areas of Jammu and Ladakh regions as unprecedented and inhuman lockdown continued on 94th consecutive day, today.
Muzamil Mattoo, a freelance photographer, said that they reached Khanyar to cover a protest demonstration. We were in between personnel of police and Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) near Khanyar Chowk when a policeman pointed his pellet gun towards us and fired, he said.

The club lashed out at India for violating the rights of the journalists in Kashmir.
