A civil Judge Imtiaz Hussain Bhutto in Sehwan Sharif, accused of raping a 19-year-old girl. Chief justice Sindh high court took notice of the incident and suspended Judicial Magistrate Imtiaz Hussain Bhutto and ordered him to report in Sindh high court.
The girl was under arrest for marrying another man while staying in the marriage of a man. The girl reported to the police and accused Imtiaz Bhutto of rape with her un his chamber.
Session Judge has confirmed the incident after an investigation following the order of Cheif justice Sindh high court. The medical report also confirmed that the girl was raped by judicial Magistrate Imtiaz Hussain Bhutto.
