  5. Add the chopped tomatoes and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add 2 cups of water, and bring the mixture to a boil.
  7. Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through.
  8. Season with salt to taste.
  9. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
