How to cook the Kashmiri dish Dhaniwal Korma at home?

  3. Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and turmeric powder and fry for a few seconds.
  4. Add the meat chunks and stir well. Cook for a couple of minutes.
  5. Add the yogurt and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add 2 cups of water, and bring the mixture to a boil.
  7. Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through.
  8. Season with salt to taste.
  9. Garnish with fresh cilantro and chopped coriander leaves before serving.
